recent PROJECTS

Kauri Glen Reserve Walkway Treetop Bridge

Northcote, Auckland

Frame Group designed an award-winning 60m long bridge as part of a walkway redevelopment in Kauri Glen Reserve. The bridge provides users a unique opportunity in an urban setting to experience mature kauri trees at canopy level, whilst also providing a safe school and commuter access route, and ensuring protection of the sensitive ecology.

Cathedral Cove Access Track Reinstatement

Hahei, Coromandel Peninsula

Frame Group was responsible for assessing options to reinstate access to the world famous Cathedral Cove, and designed the new access route that allowed a safe but quick and efficient solution to be implemented.

Waikirikiri Alpine to Sea Trail and Te Waihora Lakeside Cycle Trails

Selwyn District

Frame Group led a comprehensive feasibility study for two major Selwyn District cycle trails, assessing over 200 km of potential routes to shape the future development of the trails.

Hump Ridge and South Coast Tracks Swing Bridges

Fiordland National Park

Frame Group provided detailed engineering design and construction monitoring for a series of swing bridges along the remote backcountry Hump Ridge and South Coast Tracks, with Hump Ridge Track reopening as Aotearoa’s 11th Great Walk.
